TARGETED AREAS Kitchens, Break Rooms, Boiler Rooms, Common Areas, and Classrooms; as needed

SERVICES PERFORMED Services will be conducted under an IPM integrated pest management standard. Orkin will inspect building on a monthly basis and treat as needed. Gel baits and glue monitors will be the standard protocol for the treatment method. All other treatments will be done on an as needed basis with both parties receiving the proper notification.
