1.Giving Tree, NHS Food Drive, and Soles for Souls Campaigns

In this season of giving Merritt Academy has caught the holiday spirit and we hope you can help us out with one of the following campaigns. Attached are fliers with all the information about the Giving Tree and NHS Food Drive and how you can help someone in need this holiday season. We are also coordinating with the River of God Church in Romeo and holding a shoe drive. Read below for more information. We know it's a lot that seems to be going on right now, but tis the seasonJ

2. Soles for Souls

The River of God Church in Romeo with the help of Merritt Academy will be having a used Shoe Drive to help touch the world by collecting unwanted and used shoes. These donations of shoes will help put shoes on the feet of those that need or have none. Do you have any shoes that you would like to donate? Please bring in your donated shoes between December 4th-December 6th into the main office. Please, if possible, rubber band the shoes that you are donating together.

3. Cards for a Cause Fundraiser

Want to help families in need this holiday season? Please help raise money for the Merritt Academy Giving Tree by participating in the Cards for a Cause Fundraiser going on now through Monday, December 2nd. Whichever class sells the most card boxes will earn a pizza and movie extravaganza! *For middle school this will be your 2nd hour class. *For high school students this will be your grade level.

Some Important information you need to know:

*These are updated boxes compared to last year with new cards.

*Boxes cost $30 - Which includes 30 cards/envelopes. So that's only $1 per card!

*Order forms are due December 2nd!

*Cards will be delivered to Merritt by December 16th at the latest.
