Virtual Student Information Only-
1. From 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2nd there will be a chromebook and materials pick up. We are doing this in a drive thru fashion using the high school parking lot. There will be two documents that you must read over and sign so plan on pulling up and getting your materials then parking in a designated spot in our parking lot to read over and sign an on line contract and materials checkout list. Again ALL families that have committed on line for this semester must come up with their child on this date and time to pick up materials even if you do not need a chromebook.
2. There will be an e mail that comes from Merritt Academy inviting you to a ZOOM meeting where your child's teachers will be going over our Google Classroom platform we are using. This virtual meeting will take place either Tuesday, September 1st or Wednesday, September 2nd. It is imperative you do everything you can to attend this virtual meeting. Be on the look out for a Zoom Meeting invite at the beginning of next week.
3. On Monday August 31st a copy of the on line contract will be sent to you to read ahead of time. This is getting sent to you in advance so you do not have to read through the whole document sitting in our parking lot next Wednesday. You will have to sign a page of the contract on that day.
Elementary Information On Line and Face to Face-
For both face to face and virtual students the class rosters will be sent out on August 31st so you know which teacher your child will have for the 2020-2021 school year.
Middle School Face to Face Information-
Middle School students will be able to pick up your schedule the first day of school or view it in Powerschool on September 4th.
High School Face to Face Information
Mr. Witkowski will be in contact with you through an e mail next week if you are a student who needs to pick elective classes. If you do not get contacted then you will be able to pick up your schedule up the first day of school or view it in Powerschool on September 4th.
